OT Google posts not showing up on other news feeds?
 

Someone else mentioned this too. Ken or Will or ... perhaps? Can't
remember who.

My posts to uk.sci.weather via google groups are not appearing outside
google it seems.

I tend to use google groups from my MacBook at home and the PC at work
as I do not have proper news reader installed on either machine.

propagating from them to the outside world. I seem to recall that
something similar happened a few months back and that it took a few days
before it was fixed.

propagating from them to the outside world. I seem to recall that
something similar happened a few months back and that it took a few days
before it was fixed.

google groups is not usenet

uk.sci.weather is a real usenet group, not a google "group"

google groups is just a dumb front reader end for idioits basically

uk.sci.weather is a real usenet group, not a google "group"

Google bought deja news and its archives from there all usenet
archives are available. There are plenty of online newsreaders such as
weather banter that also subscribe to usenet.

Just because you use one particular server it follows all other
servers are imaginary?

Grow up.
And anyway Google's is bigger than yours so there!

The plug now seems to have been pulled, and the last four days or so
posts made via Google have all appeared at once.
