I suspect my kids have picked up some inocuous virus on their computer, any
recomendations, free or shareware?

Open up the AVG control centre, Select 'E-Mail Scanner' and make sure 'Outlook Express
5 Plugin' is ticked.

You'll then get an AVG option under ' Tools' in OE where you can specify when and
where to scan mails etc.....
