Default Some snow in S Wales

The MIL in Abertillery reports a light covering of snow this morning -
about 1000' ASL. Turned sleety before virtually dying out for the
moment - though 'interesting' forecast on the Beeb for tomorrow...

Much colder today - 3.6C here on the coast.

Cheers

James

Ah right wouldn't have thought you get to -3.6 to often in Porthcawl?

Wonder if we'll see any snow over the next 48 hours?

I am wondering what the reference this morning re snow in the SE of
Wales related to? Was it a pepping up of this current wandering front -
or does the low to the west trundle in?

Cheers

James

It has been snowing here since 9am. Some of it quite heavy. About 5mm so
far and temp currently +1.4C.

Met Office says snow all day but GFS indicates rain this afternoon. We
will see who is right soon.
