Some sleet in Brussels this morning but milder now

Overcast all day. Rain - mostly quite light - from early morning until
mid-afternoon and again at times after dark. Occasional bursts of sleet
amidst the rain in the morning. Moderate to fresh SSW wind veered SW and
then WSW by evening. Cold at first but steady rise in temperature during
the day.
