Hazy sunshine in Brussels

Some medium-level cloud for much of the morning. Hazy sunshine from late
morning onwards with fairly extensive high cloud. Not quite as cold as
yesterday - just above freezing for a couple of hours in the afternoon.
Light SW wind backed S during the day. Snow cover intact but considerably
trampled on.
