It has been snowing all morning at a height of about 1000' probably at
least 2" ATM - MIL's SKY has ceased due to snow on the dish!

On the coast just rain.

Cheers

I'm mightly peeved here too. Cold rain all day. Is there any hope for
some snow on the coast?

Rain all day here as well. There was a brief spell of snow around midday
but it melted on contact with the ground.
