Not sure what is likely to happen as the systems move north slowly
during tuesday and wednesday. BBC keeps saying snow and there is a weather warning from the met for heay snow. However, the 528dam seems to stay further north so I guess this is a situation that relies on how heavy the rain is and if the wet bulb drops as a result? Over the last week one thing has come to mind is if rain falls from clouds into frezzing air at lower levels can it turn to snow or will it supper cool or fall as some sort of grapple / hail?
