I know I shouldn't watch it but the BBC breakfast weather presenter
seems to struggle with her geography as much as meteorology. She
repeatedly stated that mild air was moving up from the SW all the way
from Iberia and North Africa. So is the air Atlantic or continental?

To be fair to the lovely Carol Simon, the air has a modified tropical
continental origin. Originating from North Africa but then moistening up as
it recurves to come in from the SW.
