Arctic chill for a spell - Kingston, ON
 

Here's recap. On Sun. Feb.9, a cold front with a blustery NW dropped
the temp. from +1C to minus 17C with a minus 26C windchill. On Mon.
Feb. 10, it was sunny with min. of minus 19C and a max. of minus 13C.
At 8:15 am EST today it is minus 20C. Usually no white stuff from the
sky falls when the temp. is below minus 15C.
