Storm near bedford this evening?
 

Just had a long and tedious trip beck from London to Nottingham thanks to
lightening knocking out the signalling on the Midland Mainline somewhere near
Bedford (apparently). Was is anything spectacular?

Not in the centre of Bedford, a report on the local news of flash
flooding at Stoke Goldington due to the volume of water which fell in a
short period.
