No - it's NOT Brian Gaze's now highly-infamous "winter" of 2002 "repeat
of 1947" forecast!

Couldn't find this anywhere else on the web, but take a look at the

What's this guy's track record like? I can't recall seeing these
forecasts before - but I am told by Brian Gaze that this is *pretty*
reliable. What's their track record like?
