After sending my students out today, 125 samples of lying snow across the

Fog... and ice

Should have been a good day to go up the Malverns (and any other high
ground). Droitwich thick fog ~100m, so breaking up of he fog to the north of

From ~11:15-12:15 had some moderate snow in Edgbaston, Birmingham -

The 09-09 (14th-15th) total was 98mm (Edgbaston/Winterbourne)

Looking at the radar it looks like the total just to the SE of Leamington

A few flakes of frozen precipitation on way into work from Droitwich; snow
flurry in Birmingham ~10:20 - although I suspect it was the stratocumulus
