Natural reducation of Tornadoes? When and How does this work?

I understand that when certain climate patterns occur we will get

DOPPLER/NEXRAD?

Nexrad and Doppler are the mainstay right now. Are there any new types
of weather radar being designed right now which are highly advaced in
detecting thunderstorms/tornadoes? If so, what are they...

More deaths in Mobile Homes than Permanent Homes in Tornadoes? CHANGING?

I noticed we're told to get out of trailers because more deaths occur

Already more deaths rom tornadoes in 2006 than in ALL of 2005?

It's APRIL and there are already more DEATHS from tornadoes than in
ALL OF 2005? This sounds horrible to me, especially since my number
