North Sea warmer than to SW of Cornwall (S or Ireland).

This may be quite normal for mid August, but is the first time I have
noticed that the N Sea is the warmer. Comments?

True, with Cambridge 16 degs for most of the afternoon.

Yet not a million miles away, at Heathrow, dewpoint was only round 7
