Why does everyone keep saying northerly?

Surelly it was more of a north westerly, than a northerly
hence the reason this was so naff for se england and east anglia.

metcheck taking another holiday again

This year Metcheck are being 'forced' to take three trips abroad but it's
purely for the sake of research and development into our snow forecasts.
