HAARP? Dare any comment please?

I have to ask this, so here goes.

I listened to a guy on syndicated am radio named Chuck Harder about 10
years ago, and they a little later to Art Bell. They both went on and
on for about a 2 year span about a program called HAARP. They claimed
it was being run by either NASA,DOD or NOAA. Anyway, the point is, the
device was suppose to be used for "weather modification" and they were
both talking it up about how this was all horrible and we were all
going to all die in an instant or something to that effect. I didn't
buy into the "in an instant" deal.

What I want to know is : What ever happened to HAARP? I went to the
web sites that even the Government presented about the project and it
seemed legit at the time but since then , nothing?

I seem to remember it was located in Alaska and was poorly funded and
they were begging for more money all the time.

Does anyone here know any INSIDE information about HAARP? Have any
good stories or new information about it?

thanks for listening, well reading :-)

I was looking up something last year by Jethrow Straight concerning
supercells in the plains off east of the Rockies where a research group
was looking at supercells the time the Colombia came in.

They did some research into megalightning (above cloud super bolts
coming rom the ionosphere.) I believe they involved the HAARP people in
it as they were able to hear audio.

The arrays were able to detect frequencies of -10 to +10 htz IIRC. The
fequency of earthquakes and nuclear explosions on the other side of the
globe. Not so necessary now there is only Iranian hospita XRay machines
and Iraqi portable toilettes to worry about.

And more money for the Greedy Oil Party in scamming oil field and wheat
revenues.

Is there some meaningful definition for -10 Hz?

Yes, it indicates the imaginary axis.

It is a cincidence that the researchers on the high atmosphere storms
just happen to have a base in the Alaskan territiories.

If you believe in coincidences that is.
