Default What area has this in the United States?

What major population area ( not California! ) in the United States has cool
dry weather year around, without going much outside of 32 degrees to 80
degrees?

Exactly nowhere in the US of A.

Bear in mind we've had winters where all 50 states got snow. Even
Hawaii/Florida/Texas/Arizona/New Mexico have gotten snow and
freezing tempratures.

And this summer much of the US of A broke the 90 degree mark if they
didn't hit 100+.
