RMK: Rain started around 0300z, mod/hvy since 0610z. Max
gust overnight was 36 kt at 0150z. It's the last gasp of
the mild air :-)

RMK: Cold front went through at 0755z accompanied by a brief
burst of torrential rain with a rate of 115 mm/hr. Max gust
only 30 kt on the front. Temp fell from 10.7 at 0755z to
7.8 at 0805z and has continued to fall more slowly since
then. Unusually, the 24-hour max and min temps are separated
by only 1hr 5 min.

RMK: It was dry 0900-1300z with a few glimpses of sun. The
Liverpool Bay shower stream gradually got its act together
and a steady stream of slight rain showers started around
1300z. Since 1545z the showers have become much more
potent and we've had a couple of moderate hail showers
that have left a slight covering on the grass. With the
temperature falling, the next batch of showers might well
produce some sleet or snow. Max temp today was 10.7 just
before the cold front went through at 0755z. The max since
