Darren Prescott[_2_]
Here is a summary of the NWP output for noon (GMT) on Monday.
Issued 0457z, 2nd October 2008
Next week looks like being unsettled across the UK, with low pressure close
to the north and a series of troughs crossing the UK. All areas will see
wind, rain and above-average mean temperatures are likely for England and
Wales at least.

Wet at first in Brussels but brighter afternoon by
Colin Youngs
Brussels on Wednesday 1st October
Rain at first after a wet night but it had stopped raining by 09.30
local time. Some breaks in the cloud after that but it did not clear
up properly until the end of the morning. Spells of sunshine and
varying amounts of fairly large Cu during the afternoon. Showers
nearby – and a rainbow in the early evening – but it stayed dry.

passed their normal September rainfall by the 6th; there was
a complete absence of very warm days (23.7°C...
