Brussels on Wednesday 19th November
Bright at first in the morning with broken cloud. Overcast and
increasingly gloomy and misty from late morning with a little drizzle
in the second half of the afternoon. Clearer with broken cloud for a
time after dark. Wind mostly WSW – light to moderate in the morning,
mostly light later.
