Crossover on GFS ensembles by
Eskimo Will
"Eskimo Will" wrote in message news:...
Consistent with my theme for colder weather setting in around mid-month
there is a definite cross-over in GFS 850 hPa ensembles from above normal
850s to below normal 850s on the 14th including operational run.
Indications of an Arctic high forming, possibly as a response to
stratwarm. This time last year winter was...

Help with cloud type and formation by
Ken Cook
Hi, All,
Copy below of an email received today from our local paper. Can anyone help?
I think it could be cirro stratus, but I'm not too good with clouds! Weather
over Christmas was overcast for several days with light rain and drizzle
which tends to suggest stratus. On the 20th (if it was 20th) my diary has
broken cloud, then overcast with light rain late evening and moderate rain
after...

Lawrence13
You know I was in the queue at Mark & Sparks today buying my daughter

retorted I was only married for fifteen years so could I get my money
back?
Anyhow I digress: Joe *******i is frothing at the...
