[WR] Torrential rain, Bournemouth by Jonathan Stott
And I was caught in it. Not pleasant! Don't know how much rain there was, but it was enough to inundate the drainage system and cause water to gush several inches out of manholes. Brussels on Wednesday 28th November Cloudy again but not as dull as yesterday. Edge of the cloud layer visible towards the eastern horizon from my office window in the late afternoon with fairly clear sky beyond.
