0700 - small area of ppn on radar shows as just a little light snow falling on the road cams at A386 Shortacombe and B3357 Rundlestone W Dartmoor with negative road temperatures - data from public web site Vaisala trafficweather.

Temperature 1 C, no wind, humidity 60% Walking for 45 minutes along the high street without gloves, I didn't get any sensation of cold in my hands. Nor were my fingers in the least bit cold to touch. OTOH I've been jogging in warmer temperatures than this and felt my fingers go very cold. Can't understand why my hands didn't feel the tiniest bit cold.
