Thunder and hail here in Branksome Poole about 15:20.
Very slow moving thundery showers.
Heavy rain with some large hail.
A big group of staff gathered to watch a very menicing dark cloud with
rotation that could be seen very clearly.
One member of staff got a lump on his head from a very large piece of hail
approx 12mm diametre.
Heardly a breath of wind. Clouds seem to be forming in situ.

The models show a NW/SE split over the UK for the end of the working week,

Doesn't seem to be anyone giving a forecast or even a discussion of
what we might get from the current synoptic situations. I miss Will's
weekly predictions and Paul's were getting good too. Is it those who
pick them appart that put you off. I don't care if they don't always
go fully according to plan it much better then the unverrified
computer forcasts you so often find on the web. For instance...
