"O_N_Z_O_B" I am cutting out mexican food so I will be emmitting less methane. Send me 500 dollars and I will send you a years pollution credit to cut the cheese as much as you want. ETS doesn't actually end pollution. We need to scrap it and start a new scheme that will actually cut CO2. ETS doesn't end polution, LIBs do. They cut to the bottom line -- people.
