In the unlikely event that anyone here does not know about it, I was just
referred (by the people at our US National Weather Service) to a freeware application that shows weather radar outside of a browser. I asked about something like it because I wanted a minimal/uncluttered radar display. But in fact, I have not used it. And any comments from experienced users would be appreciated. The name is WeatherScope-1.7.1.exe Thanks. If I think it is fun to use, I will post that later. -- Google is the spammer's gateway to USENET... WeatherScope If you live in the USA, have a technical interest in weather, and you can work bare-bones (utility) software for Windows, it is a must- have. A little rough around the edges, but you get to see what you want to see and only what you want to see (in your favorite colors), crystal clear. Yup. |
