It isn't always Clear at Night here ;-). This started just before 4
A.M. This Morning.

Speaking of snow, just flipped through the nightly weather report for
Spokane, our "local" US tv spot and the weather guy mentioned that while
last winter saw the most snow ever recorded there as of yesterday they were
still 1/2 " under the record for least amount of snow ever recorded.
